Systemic Psychotherapist
Naso Panayi works at “Home For Hope” CRC Policy Center as a Support Officer at "Homes For Hope" for unaccompanied children, in Larnaca. She holds a Bachelor Degree of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences majoring in Psychology, from the European University of Cyprus. Naso completed the Systemic Psychotherapy and Counselling program for Individuals-Families-Couples, at the Center for Personal Development and Psychotherapy. She is also a registered Psychotherapist at the Pancyprian Association of Psychotherapists.
She participated in the pilot program VESTA and FOINIKAS where her main responsibilities were Counseling and Psychological support to adults, children and families. Furthermore, she has participated in summer Creative Educational workshops for children and teenagers. Moreover, she has supervised daily afternoon classes with a child in autism spectrum by applying ABA techniques (Applied Behaviour Analysis).
During her studies, Naso participated both as a researcher as well as an instructor in the implementation of "Test of Verbal Memory and Learning Skills" program. Furthermore, she worked as a volunteer of the help line of 1440 handing cases of domestic violence. Naso served as a member of the Association’s Board of Directors for 3 years.
Currently, she is a volunteer at the Association for the Prevention and Treatment of Domestic Violence, while also she is a member of the Cyprus Family Planning Association. She has previously completed the educational seminars of both aforementioned associations as well as a seminar of Positive Thinking.
