“Hope For Children” CRC Policy Center is requesting quotations for external evaluation of our current project SHIELD – Strengthening Child Protection in Care Facilities to Support the Disclosure of Violence, funded by the European Commission under the CERV-2024-DAPHNE program (project no. 101195399).
SHIELD is a European project that aims to strengthen child protection systems in residential care facilities and contribute to the prevention of every form of violence against children in such facilities. The project is coordinated by Hope For Children and implemented in collaboration with five European partners – Verein für Manner und Geschlechterthemen Steiermark (Austria), The Smile of the Child (Greece), CESIE ETS (Italy), Center for Equality Advancement (Lithuania), and Fundación Digrama Intervención Psicosocial (Spain).
Hope For Children is calling for interested individuals or teams to submit a bid for external evaluation services by Wednesday 17 December 2025. More information about the requirements and submission is provided in the Call for Tenders & Terms of Reference document as well as Annex I available below.
