Ivana Aresti is a Project Officer at Hope for Children CRC Policy Center in the Research and Development Department, with a professional and personal life dedicated to advancing children’s rights and wellbeing. She holds a BA in Fine Arts from Nottingham Trent University, England and has more than a decade of experience in early childhood education, inclusive teaching, and psychosocial support through art.
Ivana has designed and facilitated child-centred curricula and creative workshops that empower children to express themselves, build resilience, and participate fully in their communities. Her work has ranged from classroom teaching and curriculum coordination to national and EU-level project development, always guided by the best interests of the child.
She is certified by Harvard University and UNICEF in children’s rights, early childhood programming, Communication for Development (C4D), and Social & Behaviour Change (SBC). These qualifications complement her extensive practice in Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches, as well as her commitment to trauma-informed and inclusive education.
Through her role at Hope for Children, Ivana continues to bring together her educational expertise and rights-based training to strengthen child protection systems and promote environments where every child can learn, thrive, and feel valued.
