As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and helping us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.
• Maintain organized documentation and filing systems.
• Assist with financial processes, such as tracking expenses and preparing reports.
• Collaborate with team members across various programs to enhance communication and workflow.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Greek & English)
• A passion for social change and a commitment to our mission
